Refund policy
You can have a full refund within 7 days of buying a pass, provided you have answered fewer than 50 questions in the paid bank. A pass is a one-off charge that never renews, so there is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop.
The two conditions
- Within 7 days of the purchase.
- Fewer than 50 questions answered since you bought the pass. The Billing page in your account shows the count.
The second condition is there because the product is the questions and their explanations: once a large part of a bank has been read, it has been used. 50 questions is enough to find out whether it suits you.
How to ask
Open Billing in your account and request a refund against the payment. A person reviews each request. You can also write to us through the contact form or at support@testbanker.org from the address on your account. A request counts from the moment you send it, not from when we read it. Refunds go back to the card that paid, and the pass it paid for ends when the refund is made.
Outside those conditions
If you are past 7 days or over 50 questions and something went wrong (you were charged twice, you bought the wrong exam, the bank was unavailable), write to us anyway. A person reads every message and billing mistakes on our side are always put right.
If you used the whole bank and did not pass your exam, the pass guarantee may apply instead.
No renewals
A pass is access for a fixed number of days, paid once. It is not a subscription. When it ends, nothing is charged, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
