Editorial policy

TestBanker publishes two kinds of content: practice questions, and pages about the exams they prepare for. Both are held to the same rules: exam facts come only from the exam owner's own published material, nothing is taken from an exam, no statistic is invented, and nothing is described as expert-written or expert-reviewed, because it is not.

Where exam facts come from

Every number on an exam page (how many questions, how long, what it costs, how it is scored, how soon you can retake it) is taken from the exam owner’s own content outline, candidate handbook or website, and recorded with its source and the date it was checked. Each exam page prints that date.

If a fact could not be confirmed there, it is not stated. Where the owner publishes no single figure, for example a fee that varies by state or a passing score that is not disclosed, the page says that rather than quoting a number from somewhere else.

What we do not publish

  • Exam content. No question here is taken from, recalled from or modelled on a specific exam question. We do not accept or pay for remembered questions.
  • A pass rate for this site. We do not state or imply that any share of our users pass. Where an exam owner publishes its own pass rate, we may report that figure, attributed to the owner and dated.
  • Invented numbers. No learner counts, ratings, testimonials or review scores appear on this site unless they are real and can be shown to be.
  • Claims of expert authorship or review. The questions are written by AI and verified by machine. See the methodology.
  • The exam owner’s text. Outlines and handbooks are the owners’ copyright. We describe what they cover in our own words and link to the originals.

How pages are written

Pages about an exam are written from that exam’s blueprint, with AI assistance, and the numbers in them are filled in from the blueprint data rather than typed by hand, so a corrected fact corrects every page that uses it. Each page exists because people search for what it answers; there are no pages for individual states or cities, and no page is a copy of another with a name changed.

Exam names and trademarks

Exam names are other organizations’ trademarks. They are used here only to say what a question bank prepares for, with the owner’s notice on every page that names the exam. This site is independent of every exam owner. The full list is on the trademarks page.

Corrections

When something is wrong, we fix it and say so. Corrections to questions and to exam facts are recorded in the corrections log. To report an error on a page, use the contact form; to report an error in a question, use the report button on the question itself.

Independence

This site carries no advertising and no affiliate links, and it is not paid by any exam owner, school or training provider. It is funded by the passes people buy.
