This is the public record of changes to the question banks: questions corrected or withdrawn, exam facts updated, and outlines replaced when an exam owner revises one. If something on this site was wrong and has been fixed, it is listed here with the date.
How entries get here
A question is corrected or withdrawn when a learner’s report is upheld, when its answer statistics show a problem, or when the exam’s outline changes under it. The methodology describes each of those in detail. To report an error, use the report button on the question, or the contact form for anything on a page.

No corrections have been recorded yet. That is a statement about the log, not a claim that the banks are free of errors: entries appear here as questions are reported, reviewed and changed.
