- Email support@testbanker.org. It reaches the same inbox as the form.
- The chat button at the bottom right of every page answers common questions straight away and can pass a message to a person.
- To report an error in a particular question, use the report button on that question: it sends us the question itself, which a message here cannot.
Before you write
Refunds are covered by the refund policy and can be requested from the Billing page in your account. If you used the whole bank and did not pass, see the pass guarantee. How the questions are written is set out in the methodology.
