The pass guarantee
If you complete 100% of an exam's question bank with an average score of 80% or better and you still do not pass the exam, we extend your pass by 90 days at no charge. It is an extension, not a refund, and it is not a promise that you will pass.
The conditions
- You bought a pass for the exam and, while it was active, answered 100% of the questions in that exam’s bank.
- Your average score was 80% or better.
- You then sat the exam and did not pass.
Your account tracks the first two. For the third we ask for the result notice the exam owner or test center gave you.
What you get
90 more days of full access to the same exam’s bank, free. Your history, your results by domain and your study plan carry over, so you start the retake from where you are rather than from the beginning.
How to claim
Open Billing in your account, tell us how the exam went, and claim the guarantee there. You can also write to us through the contact form or at support@testbanker.org from the address on your account, with your result notice attached or described. A person reviews every claim.
What it is not
- Not a prediction. We do not know any exam’s cut score and we do not publish a pass rate for people who use this site. An 80% average here is a threshold for this guarantee, not a claim about what passes.
- Not a refund. Refunds have their own terms: see the refund policy.
- Not a payment of exam fees. The exam owner’s fees for a retake are yours to pay.
Common questions
Is the pass guarantee a money-back guarantee?
No. It is a free 90-day extension of your pass so you can keep studying for a retake. Refunds are a separate policy with their own conditions.
Does the guarantee mean I will pass?
No. Nobody can promise that, and we do not publish a pass rate. The guarantee is about what we do if you did the work and failed anyway.
What counts as completing the bank?
Answering 100% of the published questions in that exam's bank at least once during your pass, with an average score of 80% or better. Both figures are measured by your account, so there is nothing to calculate yourself.
